Changes to template character sheets

I made some major improvements to the Fantasy character sheet template.

1. Completely revamped the weapon tables to auto-calc attack, defense, damage, and the other stats. Added an overflow sheet in case someone has more weapons than the provided spaces.

2. Added space for a shield.

3. Added a weight column on inventory, an encumberance auto-calc, and a calc for how much a character weighs with all his equipment.

4. Removed the now-redundant AT calculator.

This is a big improvement and I hope you guys find the changes as useful as I think you will.
